Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

I own a gas station and was a merchant for Wright express. Nstar electric filed a complaint of fraudulent charges against my business last year. Its been 7 months of Wright Express holding $17K of money from my company with 0 proof of wrongdoing or soliud evidence of wrongdoing. The detectives said themselves they cant find a case but NSTAR wont retract its claim. This incredulous and malicious charge is causing financial hardship at a financial sound and healthy business. What should I do? is Nstar liable or Wright Express?
