Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

Hi,I gave a Lawyer some information asking her not to mention my name and keep it confidential,it was about someone owing money for supplies,and it was my neighbor,I recieved the bill by mistake and said it was next doors,she said okay,does she have to abide by that.Thank You.

I am not sure I understand your question. Does 'who' have to abide by 'what'? Are you asking whether the lawyer needs to abide by your request not to share information? Probably not, unless you hired the attorney for some purpose.
