driving after suspension oui

Is there any way that i can be found not guilty of driving after my suspension for oui? i was stopped by the mass. state police for having the year sticker on the front plate of my vehical when it should have been on the rear plate, technically. The offence carries a 60 day minimum mandatory sentance and i cannot afford to be placed in house for any length of time. I need a way around the system. plaase help

I have represented a number of people on that charge and at times have been able to keep them out of jail. Sometimes there is a technical reason to beat the case and sometimes you can just get a sympathtic judge or DA to reduce the charge. I have been particularly succesful in cases where the client's suspension period had ended but the client simply hadn't bothered to pay the registry fees and gert his license back.
