Hallo,I went to bail a friend who is waiting for a trial,d bail was $10,000 and I don't see him anymore,can the court refund me the money?

Not until the case is over and he has honored his obligation to appear in court. Alternatively, if you can find someone to post bail in your place, I'm sure the court would accept the substitution of that person's money for yours.
