Framingham court? Middlesex DA's office may be aggressive, especially if minors are involved in any way, but if you truly have "no record" -- chances for probation are pretty good. Watch out, however, with probation may come mandatory mental health evaluations and treatment, and with a second offense for this crime one becomes a registered sex offender.
