can probation be cut down on good behavior

Upon a motion by your attorney a judge can reconsider and shorten and/or terminate probation early. It is very fact and situation specific. A good attorney, familiar with the court and judge that you are dealing with, can tell you if you have a decent chance based on your specific situation.
