Legal Question in DUI Law in Massachusetts

Driving with an expired license

I was ticketed for driving with an expired license and have to appear in court. They pulled me over for a headlight out. What are the penaltys for this violation. They made it sound so serious that I was forgetful. Can you help me please. Was also was wondering if you can get a breathalizer thrown out of court if it was taken more than an hour after arrest? I heard that somewhere was wondering if it was true.

Driving with an expired license & OUI

Getting your license renewed and show evidence of the repairing the head light would probably solve the first two items.

As for the Breathalyzer, there is a little dispute about this. Having said this, it is rarely thrown out merely because the test was done an hour later. There are also some facts missing related to the reason for the test.

So if you would like to supplement or are in need of assistance contact me.
