Can I sue the Bar?

I was rearended by a drunk female at 1:30 in the afternoon as I was driving along. This was her 3rd D.U.I.She was arrested at the scene.... can I sue the barroom that she just left from? I heard she may be an employee there.

Yes, you can sue the bar if you can show that the bar was negligent. What type of injuries did you sustain?

If the bar served her when they knew or should have known she was intoxicated, you can join them as defendandts in any action tou may have against her. You should retain an attorney. Good Luck!
