Legal Question in Elder Law in Massachusetts
I am being asked by the hospital to be a gaurdian for my elderly mother so she can go into rehab / nursing home. What is envolved and how much out of pocket will it cost me?

Being a Guardian allows you to make decisions for and fill out papers for your mother. It should not cost you any money.
