Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Alter Divorce Agreement

Can spouse change mind if the final divorce has not gone through yet and seek to have the final decree altered? Husband has changed mind about having an uncontested divorce and would like to get half of the martial assets including wife's 401K. Can he do this or is it to late?
