Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
My brother in law showed up today in court to have a hearing to show cause on a temp. restraing order that my sister took out against him. She failed to shoe up and the judge vacated the order. She decided to come in 3 hours later and my brother in laws attorney just called to say we have to go back. Does she have the right to do that since the order was already vacated
