? on child suport

when divorce was final the salory of the spouse was in ?. the judge awarded the child suport based at 60k salary per year. we know the spouses income is at 200k for the past year. he is hidding it from his kids. is there somthing i can do now to collect more?

You can and should file a modification action. The change of circumstances is the revelation that the father's income is much higher than reported. Providing that you can substantiate it, you should have no difficulty obtaining a higher child support rate.

You can also do discovery after filing the modification to find out what he has hidden and how much. You can also hire an investigator.

You can file for Modification based on change in circumstances, husband's income is larger than 60K and seek discovery to prove it. You can also seek modification based on husband's failure to disclose all his income.
