You should contact Greater Boston Legal Services in Boston or the Massachusetts Bar Association's Lawyer Referral Service. The later offers discounted legal services at $75/hour to those who qualify.

You also may want to see if there is a 'lawyer of the day' in the essex county probate court who can help you out.

It's unclear from your post whether you are seeking to establish child support or enforce an existing child support order.
