Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

In a dispute over child support payments, the father officially filed for a reduction in weekly child support payments, claiming he had been terminated from his 6 figure job and was now making a third of his original salary from self employment. Almost a year and a half later, it appears that he had actually left for employment in another state and is probably making close to the 6 figures he previously was making even though he had stated in open court that he was unemployed and making around $30K. What is the mother's remedy and potential legal action/fine/punishment in this case?
