Re: divorce and alimony

Whether alimony will be awarded and how much is up to the discretion of the judge. If your wife insists on a divorce, it would be best to have it uncontested. As such, you could work out items like alimony, if any, in advance. You should talk to an attorney if your wife in insistent on a divorce.
