Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My ex-husband passed away a week ago and he had custody of our three children who are now 25, 26, 31. I owe child support which is in arrears. What happens now that he is deceased. My drivers license is suspended. I have three other children that I have supported and two are in college and one home. Please tell me what I can do. I have a close relationship with my first three children and have tried to support them when I could. They do not want anything monetarily from me.

Thank you for your question and I am sorry for your loss.

Most likely, your ex no longer had physical custody of your children who are 25, 26, and 31, as they are most likely considered to be emancipated adults.

Your question is really vague. It sounds like you owe your children some back child support. Are you asking how you can avoid your obligation to pay child arrears? How to reinstate your driving privileges?
