Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

my ex-husband reported $16k alimony paid as well as head of household on his tax return, when he actually only paid $6k and, per our divorce agreement, cannot claim H of H (both of which which I reported). I have asked him to refile, but have gotten no response. What are my options?

With regards to your divorce agreement, if he has violated anything in the divorce agreement, you can file a complaint for contempt in the appropriate county family and probate court, and he could be found guilty of contempt, ordered to amend his tax return and to pay your attorney fees.
