Do I have to let my ex-wife Have weekend visits with our son If she is $12,000 behind in child support? Also it is a court ordered supervised visit.

Yes, you do but if you have not already filed a contempt against her for failing to pay child support you should do so.

Many people think that child support and child visitation is a quid pro quo proposition, and it is not. One has nothing to do with the other, as the child has the right to both. If your ex-wife is behind in child supports, you will need to file a complaint for contempt.
