Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Increase in child support 2

But do we have to go to court? Can it just be sent in by an attorney? No increase in child support was ever made in 6 years of raises. We just don't want the aggravation of court, court fees, waiting the whole day losing paying from work.

In addition, you would be done with court within an hour or two in most cases. People who come in with agreements are "front of the line" in our overwhelmed system.
