Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

OK,i broke up with girl friend because of a mistake i made taking medication for anxiety attacks i get because of cancer treatments,I suffered bad hallucinations,she took out a unnecessary restraining order,my problem is we bought a dog together, i own half and she owns half and she won't let me see the dog and i can't buy her toys for her birthday or anything,what are my options legally??
