protesting a will

my father died of cancer lung and brain he got married change his will all in 14 days every thing went to the wife what can i do

Assuming you have reason to believe there was undue influence or he was not competent to make the Will; you can challenge it.

However, Will contests are expensive. I would suggest you contact an attorney to review your options as soon as possible. Any claim to challenge a Will should be made within one year of death or opening of the estate.

I am sorry for your loss.

If you have reason to believe your Father changed his Will due to undue influence or that he was incompetent to make the new Will you should retain an attorney to file objection to the new Will within one year from his death.
