Hello,

Your fiance's mom should petition the courts asking for permission to remove the child from the Commonwealth on a permanent basis before leaving the Commonwealth with the child. From your description of the situation it sounds as though it is possible that she will not petition the courts and leave with the child without permission. If there is any possibility she will do this I would highly recommend you immediately discuss the case with an attorney and file a motion to stop the mother from leaving the Commonwealth with the child.
