Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

I bought a car from a dealership. They first sold it to me without the title and didn't tell me. Finally after 2-3 weeks of using a rental they received my title and I was able to register my vehicle. I then wanted to cancel my warrenty. It took them two weeks to send me the paperwork after countless calls to them, and then another two weeks and multiple phone calls to learn that the paperwork went through and they were waiting for the reimbursment check. Over a month ago the dealership told me that they would send the check to the bank. I called today and they still have not done so. Is there anything I can do, legally, to account for their handling of this situation?
