Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

farm crisis

my mother who is 80 is having

problems with my brother girlfriend

and son in law.. my brother is siding

with them and not listening to my

mother. .brother girlfriend doesn't

want my family to help him. my

sister just passed away in january

and there is a lot of emotions for this

year. girlfriend is disrepecting my

mother and so is my sister husband.

brother girlfriend has her animals at

the farm and she is trying to take

over my mothers farm . she needs

some advice

There are two sets of problems: personal and legal.

If I understood your mother's legal ownership of the farm, I will be more able to figure out what the legal issue may be. There are also issues related to any legal rights these other folks may have, and how they relate to your mother's legal status.
