Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

My girl friend put a deposit on a vehicle with no purchase and sales. The car was sold the next day. She got her money back. I filled a report with the BB but since I was a third party it was dismissed. I was upset so I posted Craigs list ad stating not to buy from them and made some strong statements. My girl friend just got a summons to go to court for this. What should I do! She talked to there lawyer and she said it was not her. He said he knows who it is. I have not posted anything for a week or so and will stop.

She should file a motion to dismiss as she did not do anything or authorize you to do anything. She could also file a counterclaim for unfair and deceptive trade practices under chapter 93A.
