Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

There is a person who is posting false and offensive information about me online. They have even gone so far as to post my address and phone number. I have already filed a restraining order against them and it requests that they remove the false posts. But rather than remove them, they have posted more. Is there anything I can do legally?

Depending upon the terms of your restraining order, you may have the ability to press criminal charges against the perpetrator or file a complaint for civil contempt. Please feel free to contact my office.
