Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

there is a guy that took a video of me without my permission one night. I asked him to erase it in front of me the next day, and he did or pretended to. Turns out he still has some or all of it and has shown it to other people. I asked him to erased the rest of it and refused to. Is there a way I can force him to erase the video?

first question is was it also an audio or purely picture. If audio he violated the criminal law provisions regarding audio being done without the persons knowledge at the time.

as far as video ie pictures was it taken in a private area or in a public area.
