Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Massachusetts

Is there anything a homeowner can do if the fact that a registered level 3 sex offender living in the neighborhood is preventing his/her house to be sold? That is, there have been numerous offers on the house, but when the potential buyers find out that there is a level 3 sex offender living in the neighborhood they immediately withdraw their offer. What, if anything, can the homeowner do?

There is nothing you can really do about the sex offender living in your neighborhood. If you find that people are walking away from the deal, you may have it priced too high.

There is nothing you can do using the legal process, but of course there may be different marketing options available to you.
