Massachusetts Capias Arrest Warrant
If I have a Capias Warrant issued by Ayer District Court for Circuit City, who exactly would the constable or sheriff arrest to bring to the court?
The court has issued a Capias Arrest Warrant; however, it names Circuit City as the judgment debtor. ...... So who is being arrested? The store manager? The 15 year old bagger? Mr. Circuit City himself? ( LOL ).

Are you sure it does not name you as judgment debtor and Circuit City as Judgment Creditor?
