Massachusetts has recently enacted a law which may protect you from serious, borderline criminal harassment.

Failing that, as the standards are very high, and require actual criminal type behavior, you may be able to obtain what is called an injunction to keep him from harassing you. There may be other claims you can bring, as well.

I am happy to discuss how to do this with you, and am sorry that your home is not a refuge for you. 617-230-2779 to discuss.
