Legal Question in Immigration Law in Massachusetts

About my case.

I was married before 2004,I got my

employment authorization, but I could't reaply because I lost the married condition.then in 2004 my Boss apply for me as a baker(donut maker)I waited till february/2007 for the answer from de the Labor Department. They said that my occupation did not qualify to apply for 2 years of experience.they gave a dead line to justify my occupation and they gave till march/4/2007 to do that.My lawyer could't do much, and I lost my case in that date.

He was trying to reaply for 6 months experience, but we had to start all over and my boss did not wanted. Now I don't know what to do, I don't know if I have any rights to use if some law been approved by the congress.Thanks.

Please tell me if I have any condition to continue this case or start a new one.

thanks.
