i've been here for 2 years thru the dv lottery, i have a permanent visa ( green card ) i would to know if i get married to someone who has an expired visa of 6 months would hi get a ssn and a would permit ? if yes how long it gonna takes?

You could submit a petition for alien relative for your spouse, however, since you are a permanent resident still, the visa for your spouse would not be immediately available (it is subject to the numerical limitations) and you would not be able to concurrently file the adjustment of status application. Only when the adjustment of status application is pending can your spouse apply for work authorization and social security number. The September visa bulletin indicates that petitions with a priority date of December 1, 2003 will have visas available and can proceed with the adjustment of status (just to give you an idea of how long it could take).
