Sick Day and Working

I just got an email from my boss and he basicaly told me he is docking a sick day but it is company policy for me to still work from home. This has happend to me before where I worked from home and he docked my sick day. I never signed anything or heard of this before. When I first started my job I olny worked from home. All of a sudden I am not allowed to with out him ever telling me that.

If you're working, you must be paid. As for whether they can dock a "sick" day for not showing up to the office, you need to read your sick time policy to understand how it operates. Employers generally are not obligated to give sick time, so the language of the policy governs.
