Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

i was terminted from my recent job because my employer accuse me of spoiling something at my work place. they call me in to a meeting to discuss the issue and i told them i was not responsible for the distruction of their property. the property cost $600 and the never ask me to pay for it and they just hasting to terminate me. i want to know if i have a case to sue my employer.

if you are an at will employee they have the right. Did you have a contract, were you a union member, does the company have a personal manual granting you any rights. Also is it likely that you were discriminated by their action or did you provide information to the government about any violations you company may have made in their actions. (ie whistle blower law)
