Legal Question in Employment Law in Massachusetts

Hi, Im currently working as a sales consultant. Everyday my boss tells me either my pay plan has changed or I have to sign a paper saying I failed to do what they asked me to do. But I do everything they ask and more! Ive tried sitting and talking with them but their whole mind frame is if you dont sell you need to quit. So my question is this. If I dont sign my new pay plan does that mean I quit? Or if I dont sign my punishment sheet does that mean I quit? Do they have the right to say if you dont sign so you quit.

They can fire you for not signing (assuming you are an at will employee) but they can't deduct pay for what you have already earned. That is they can change the terms of compensation prospectively only.
