Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Massachusetts

I own a Condo in a complex, we are having a problem with unleashed dogs. We have people using our courtyard as a dog park, most of them are renters. My daughter was coming to visit me and when she got into the courtyard the dogs chased her into the hall, she has a bad back, she almost fell down the stairs. Now I have to go and let all my company in through the back door, I live on the third floor so it's getting to be a pain. I went to the Manager and he said he would take care of it. One of he dogs lives in my building and the dog has jumped on people and cornered them in the hall. They keep giving out tickets but they are still running loose. Is their anything I can do about this?

It is for the Condo Board to enforce the rules and regulations. You should file a formal complaint with the Condo Board, the Town Board of Health and the animal control officer for the town.
