I ended my tenant lease early and my landlord was okay with but now will not give me back my security deposit and there was nothing wrong with the house? Do i have a winning case?

If your landlord violated the security deposit law, then yes, you have a case. However, it is unclear at least to me whether you properly terminated your tenancy, and whether there were any damages. You may need to consult with an attorney to learn exactly what the potential strengths and hurdles are in your case.
