Can i get out of a lease if my landlord comes in all the time without knocking?

You can make an argument to the landlord about him first violating the lease but ultimately it would be up to the court to decide as to what damages you sustained and essentially how much off your rent you are entitled to. Of course if you landlord agrees to release you frm the lease and you get that in writing then there is no issue.
