past bill for renting of apartment

i believe it has been a least 5yrs + on an apt. i moved out of oweing 1300.00 now the landlord says he is going to warrent on me and has a judgement against me for 4500 .00

The time limit on a judgment is 10 years and interest is 12% simple interest on judgments.

I am not sure what you want to know, however he can issue a warrant for you to appear for a creditor's exame.

It is a little unclear from your post whether your landlord has actually obtained a judgment against you or is merely threatening to.

You may want to hire an attorney to help you settle this matter and help you evaluate which assets or property may be subject to seizure or garnishing.
