my mother just asked us to move but our rent is a month ahead which mikes us allwyas up in our rent does she have legal right to ecict us

Your mother can evist you, she can't keep rent you have paid in advance. If you are paid through May and have not otherwise violated your lease terms, then you have the legal right to stay through May. Assuming you are on a month to month rent, your mother has to comply with the landlord tenant law and give you a 30 day written notice unless you have failed to pay your rent.

However, it might be in everyone's best interest that you move and work out a repayment of rent paid in advance if possible.
