morgages and the elderly

my uncle 77 and aunt 71 got a 30 yr morgage on their property with no life insurance included from the morgage co., is that legle. is there anything i can do?

So long as there was no threats or they were misled in a fraudulent way, they can get a mortgage if they qualify. Maybe they got a reverse Mortgage which allows them to take out money from the house.
