Re: ok

IF she gets custody of the children, then, the Court will decide whether and under what conditions to award custody. Plus, the fathers COULD report the situation to DSS and have the children removed from the home and placed in foster care for their protection. I am sorry to say, but the children's mother CLEARLY is not acting to protect the children if she is introducing a convicted criminal into their lives (and a sex offender to boot). Judges are unlikely to look favorably on this choice, and any parent worth a damn would try to keep a convicted sex offender away from their children. Can you really, honestly, blame them for not wanting you near their children?

Kim can see whoever Kim wants to see... she is an adult. The courts should not allow Kim to place the children in a potentially vulnerable situation. As for the two fathers of the children... while they (like all citizens) are bound to obey court ordersunder penalty of contempt, and to refrain from violating any laws, they will likely act to protect their respective children.

If you want to try and intervene in the proceedings, you should get an attorney and go into court to explain why the children are better off with you than with their respective biological fathers. But if you go in their with the crimial mentality of "this is all about me and MY rights" you will lose. It is NOT about YOU. You are a stranger to these children, not family
