hospitals and social workers
My friend had taken her son to the hospital and had asked the social worker there to help her get into a domestic violence shelter all the while the baby's father was there and the social worker had her call shelters with him there. A worker from one of the shelters informed her that the father was not allowed to be there for that and that the social worker from the hospital was supposed to remove him for safety reasons and that she coudl sue the hospital. How does she go about doing this and is that true?
