Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

auto recall notice and previous accident

My wife had a single car accident 2 years ago where she slid on ice on an onramp and crossed the the hiway hitting the center median and bouncing back to the on ramp. Her airbag did not deploy causing her to hit the stering wheel and the seat belt to hurt her sholder. The state police told her that if the crash didn't kill the motor the airbag wouldn't deploy. a few weeks ago we recieved a recall from hyundai stating that if liquid has spilled in the cup holder/ e-brake aera it could short out the operation of the air bag. is their a class action suit or should we contact a lawyer about this matter as her shoulder still bothers her thanks for your help steve guyette

Re: auto recall notice and previous accident

I am sorry for your wife's injuries. If the statute of limitations has not already expired, both your wife and you, yourself, may have causes of action which may be soon to expire. You should consult an attorney immediately to review all the specific facts in this matter. Good Luck!
