I hope you were not harmed too badly.

You will likely have a claim for negligence if the walkway was not being maintained properly. The measure of your damages will include your medical bills and missed work, if any.

Yes, if the walkway was negligently maintained and it was the landlord's responsibility to maintan it.

Hopefully you were not too seriously injured and that you obtained appropriate medical attention for any injuries.
