Legal Question in Personal Injury in Massachusetts

Boston court question, have civil lawsuit that I need to file, one defendant is registered with an agent in Boston. The case is worth 15,000. plus in damages. The other defendants are not from the USA but one is registered here. Both Plaintiffs live in Mass. Can I file in Boston? Which court do I file in as this is a personal injury case that will be using the savings statute to refile as it was dismissed for jurisdiction and I want to get that issue correct 100% this time.

So both Plaintiffs live in Mass, the original case was file in a state court, now that we are refiling under the savings statute in our state where it should have been filed obviously the first time, one defendant is registered in this state with an agent in Boston, the other defendants are not from our country. Can I file in state court or what and which is the right state court in Boston to file at?
