Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Massachusetts

I have an adult so with autism. I have set up a Special Needs Trust for him and have a Special Needs Homestead protection on the deed to my house. What would be the ramifications of putting the house in the name of the trust and giving myself a life estate interest in the house(Massachusetts).
