You can file a Petition to Partition to force the sale of the property.

I am not sure what the Shenanigans are.

In order to break the logjam that apparently has occurred with you and the co-owners, you would need to make efforts to either informally resolve the dispute, or--if that is not available as a remedy--to file what is known as a petition for partition of the property. If you can't work out a buy out with your co-owners, retain an attorney in the county where the land is to file a petition to partition the property to ask the court to mandate a buy out or a sale.
