A house has been left to four people. Two have died. Do the children of the the people who have died have any claim on the property

It will depend on the language of the Will.

I suggest you take a copy of the Will to an attorney.

It depends on the terms of the will. Often the children of a parent take their parent's share.

It really depends on a number of things, including:

1. When the four individuals came to own the home;

2. When the two people passed away;

3. What the will calls for in terms of distribution in this situation.
