late condo fees

I live in a 16 unit condo and am on the association board. we have a few tenants who are behind in their monthly fees. One tenant owes 8 months plus late fees. We send letters to these owner, but no responses. What are our legal next steps? thank you

You send a formal notice and begin a superlien foreclosure process. You should use an attorney for this. If you are in need of assistance, please feel free to call me.

You can only get a superior lien to the mortgage for 6 months of dues.
